Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Located in Oceanside Village Resort in beautiful Parksville, BC, you will be close to nature and the amenities, and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Stay for awhile and enjoy all this location has to offer. The benefit of our cottage (over others in the resort) is the third bedroom has a door, instead of being a loft-style. This upstairs bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
