The intimate studio includes a new en-suite, a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV with on-line content. As our guests, you can enjoy your own sunny courtyard and walk around the gardens. The king single beds can be joined to make a comfortable mega king. A small fold up bed is available for a child to medium height.

The Pouch B & B Moonee Beach NSW

The Pouch is a private cottage located on a shared property of 2.5 acres in Moonee beach. It is fully self contained with ample provisions for you to make a nice breakfast. Here you will see many Eastern Grey Kangaroos and beautiful bird life. The bed is very comfortable and all linen is provided. The Pouch is spotlessly clean with quality inclusions. This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
