Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

This home features quartz countertops in the kitchen with Island, upgraded cabinets, granite counters in the primary's bath, extended back patio with a beautiful Gazebo. 3 bdrms, 2 baths, open floorplan in one of the greatest parts of Nampa you would want. Fantastic shopping, dining down the road, great hospital close by and so much more. This one is frequently booked! Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

Boho Beauty

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.

Sleep in with a noon checkout! This cozy 2-bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for families. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with large island, two Roku TVs, games, books, and yard games. Relax in the shared backyard hot tub. Sleeps up to 6 with a King Tempur-Pedic bed, Queen, 2 Twins, pull-out couch, and crib. Peaceful, central location close to Roaring Springs and Wahooz!

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.

Vintage meets boho in this charming cape cod style two bedroom, one bath home a four minute drive (20 min. walk) to terrific downtown Nampa. Enjoy some of the finest restaurants Nampa has to offer close by. Close to NNU and the Ford Center. Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen after enjoying the sites or soak in the large hot tub in the yard.
