Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The master has a king-sized bed, soaker tub, and a separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds. In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups
