Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Upstairs is a queen bedroom, 2 double/single bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen. There are 3 front & rear balcony to relax. *You are required to bring your own linen including towels.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher so you can spend more time relax on the deck after the feast cooked up on the inbuilt BBQ.

The studio is run on a 12volt solar system. Upstairs is an open air (shadecloth rather than windows) loft with a deck. Downstairs is lounge, dining and indoor outdoor kitchen area. The middle level has an outdoor bath area, with compost toilet & gas fired shower. Shops & cafes 5ks. Pet friendly.
