Das Ferienhaus ist selbst entworfen und gebaut. Es sind drei Fahrräder vorhanden, diese können gegen eine gesonderte Gebühr genutzt werden. Alle sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und verfügen über eine Handyhalterung, eine Pannenhilfe, Lichter und eine Pumpe.
