Just off of the historic Old Santa Fe Trail, up 3/10 of a mile up a private, maintained dirt road, in a rural gated community. Enter your cozy adobe, pristine casita. This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

Art filled casita with open concept floor plan which includes a sleeping area, tiny kitchen, a sitting area, and a bathroom. Private entrance, fenced yard with table and chairs, bird feeders, and hammock, off street parking for 2 small cars. With good WIFI and the easy access to nature the casita is a comfortable refuge. I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.
