Villa S'alzinar is full of character, with a large private infinity pool and wooden sun deck. Die hochwertig ausgestattete Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend unweit der Strände von Alcudia, Can Picafort. Die schöne Playa de Muro erreicht man in ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Das 220m2 große Haus ist aufgeteilt wie folgt: 1 Schlafzimmer, Ankleide mit Schlafsofa und 1 Duschbad befinden sich im ersten Stock, erreichbar über eine Treppe (17 Stufen). Die restlichen Zimmer befinden sich im Parterre.
