This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our home is very close to Barfield Crescent Park which offers hiking and biking trails, a nature center, ball fields, a greenway and more. In this space you will have free on site parking in driveway and garage, outdoor area with fire pit, indoor electric fireplace, washer and dryer and WiFi. Handicap friendly space. Fur babies welcome.

The Cedar Loft

The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

The Lodge at Smyrna

Relax at this tranquil hidden getaway, nestled among the trees, close to town center. Located on five acres and bordered by Stewarts Creek and the Sam Davis Home , guests have their own 590 sq foot suite with private entry door and access to the fenced/gated property. Only 30 minutes to BNA International Airport, Murfreesboro or downtown Nashville! Extra guest charges are for adults only. Up to two children (0-15 years) may accompany parents for no extra charge.

This is an Eclectic farm house built in 1940’s Approximately 2,100 SF and has 2 bedroom 1 Bath. Remodeled kitchen, bath, and updated electrical. Home sits on 3.8 Acres with multiple barns and sheds remnants of simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. There is a secondary Airbnb rental that shares the property, so PLEASE respect their privacy. Thanks! We Do Not Allow Parties at our home!
