Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.
