It is very close to restaurants, pubs, market & bazaar. You can walk to the nostalgic tram and bus station in 3 min and you can easily go all over the city. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
