Haus Dume ist ein komplett renoviertes und sorgfältig eingerichtetes Haus in Kornić, Insel Krk. Es erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Im EG gibt es Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer, separate Küche und Badezimmer. Im 1ste Stock befinden sich 2 Doppelzimmer und 1 Einzelzimmer sowie 1 Badezimmer. Der große Vorteil dieses Hauses ist die große, komplett eingezäunte Terrasse (80m2). Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, so dass die Gäste Zugang zu Klimaanlage, WLAN, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine haben... Willkommen!

Villa Solaris a newly renovated, over 200 years old stone house. It has 2 stunning balconies, with breathtaking sea views and view over private green Mediterranean garden. In garden house you can relax in private IR sauna (max temperature 75°C), cook or grill your dinner in fully equipped kitchen located by the private 8 by 4 m big heated salt water pool. Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
