Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Nesbitt is a land boat set in its own private garden, overlooked by 3 donkeys. She has electricity, full cooking, toilet and showering facilities on board, albeit all quite compact! Ideally suited for a couple or small family. A peaceful, quite, quirky getaway surrounded by animals, trees & farmland just 10 mins drive from Kinsale and 5 mins from some fantastic beaches. Unser Bootshaus liegt direkt am Sandstrand (sehr viel Sand bei Ebbe und weniger bei Flut). Bestimmt einer der wunderschoensten Plaetze in ganz Irland, ist hier oben im Wohnzimmer zu sitzen und den Wellen, Booten und blinkendem Leuchtturm zuzusehen. Hier koennen auch Eltern entspannen, waehrend sie beruhigt ihre Kinder am Strand spielen shen koennen. An Regentagen und im Winter, wenn es stuermt und die Brandung gegen die Strandmauer und den Leuchtturm bricht, ist es fast noch schoener!

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
