We are located near beaches (2 mins away), lots of peninsula walks, nice pubs and restaurants (10 mins drive), lots of sight-seeing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, farming and a taste of country life on a dairy farm.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and totally private getaway. Set on 17 acres of rural unspoilt wilderness. The property has a private lake, stunning views undestrubed by modern life and urban lighting. Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, restuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away. This unique and tranquil getaway.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Unser Bootshaus liegt direkt am Sandstrand (sehr viel Sand bei Ebbe und weniger bei Flut). Bestimmt einer der wunderschoensten Plaetze in ganz Irland, ist hier oben im Wohnzimmer zu sitzen und den Wellen, Booten und blinkendem Leuchtturm zuzusehen. Hier koennen auch Eltern entspannen, waehrend sie beruhigt ihre Kinder am Strand spielen shen koennen. An Regentagen und im Winter, wenn es stuermt und die Brandung gegen die Strandmauer und den Leuchtturm bricht, ist es fast noch schoener!

Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

Douce Mountain cabin is a charming self contained little house situated at the foot of Douce Mountain. There is a living space with a stove and a kitchenette on the groundfloor . A ladder leads the loft with 2 beds. It is a very quiet place surrounded y nature. Our other guesthouse is about 100 metres further down . Our own farmhouse is about 500 metres away. It is ideal for someone looking for a very quiet place to relax and immerse themselves in nature.
