A chic one bedroom apartment with wonderfully large south facing sun terrace overlooking the glorious gardens of Tremayne House. It has a private entrance, sitting/dining room with separate kitchen and bedroom with en suite shower room. Wake up to the bird's singing! There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
