Lovely modern studio annexe with private patio ideally situated for easy access to both the riverside at Tuckton/Christchurch and the stunning beaches of Southbourne. These and many other beautiful destinations are all within walking distance, as are restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Your studio has a kitchenette area equipped for breakfast basics, hot/cold drinks and light meals. There is a double bed and luxurious shower room, all with vaulted ceilings to complete your accommodation.

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
