The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice. Fully self-contained 2 bedroom Sea Cottage. Direct beach access surrounded by forest. Quiet, remote and elegant. Pet friendly There is a $10 fee PER DAY for your pet ~ Airbnb will collects only for the first 2 days. Home-baked treats upon arrival. Whales frequently seen from our beach which is a rock hounds paradise No parties. Dunroven is adult oriented ~ no children under the age of 10. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m. Stay a week and the 7th night is free.

Accessing the North Island is easy as we are 5 minutes from Port McNeill, 20 minutes from Telegraph Cove, and 30 minutes from Port Hardy.
