The Batwing Ski house was purchased and modernized with nice renovations The house was named the BatWing House over 20 years ago and still to this day everyone refers to it by name. It's a 6 bedroom 4 bath each with shower also a huge dining/ living area with corner fireplace. A ski/gear room on the first floor. New hot tub outside on the wrap around deck with covered roof. We have Fiber Wifi , Netflix, Xbox 360, foosball, board games 4 TVs. Restaurants are less than .5 miles away

Valley hiking trails within sight. There is a 2 car limit. A request for additional vehicles needs to be made prior to check-in.

The Gate House is a historic property located at the foothills of Mt Anthony. Built in 1865, the original structure of the house served as the gate house to the Colgate Estate, one of the most beautiful properties in Southwestern Vermont. Our home is just a few short miles to downtown where you can find local restaurants and breweries. We are not far from some of the best skiing/riding in the Northeast at Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.
