I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This is a is charming and quiet comfortable 1 bedroom apartment that is autonomous and readily equipped for long term stays - including full kitchen (sans dishwasher) and washer/dryer. Often guests stay 6-12 months. It's just a few blocks from Woodstock’s commercial area, the best neighborhood in Portland! I accommodate short term stays, but there is no tax for stays 31 days or longer. I've always had great, open, friendly relationships with our guests, making great new connections and friends.
