Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. The apartment is light, airy and quiet with large double doors opening onto a sunny deck. Great for couples, solo travelers and for business travelers (one queen bed). Fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, iron, heatpump. All Linen provided. Secure building. Free parking on the street.

Modern, immaculate private bedroom and ensuite with its own access via keypad. Mt Eden is a nice, sort after location. Close to shops and bus line. Short trip to central city. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.
