This small but mighty brand-new and clean studio lock-off suite is on a beautiful tree-lined street steps from Main St and some of Vancouver's best restaurants and shops. The central, walkable location is on a popular bike route with multiple transportation options and easy access to many Vancouver attractions, including downtown, Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, and more. The neighbourhood has ample free parking (level-2 electric vehicle charging is also available for smaller vehicles).

Cozy suite in Mt Pleasant close to many shops and restaurants on Fraser St, Kingsway, and Commercial Drive. Quaint historic neighbourhood with nearby parks. VCC-Clark SkyTrain Station is within walking distance, or quickly hop on a bus on Broadway. Vancouver General Hospital, Main St attractions, and Trout Lake Farmers' Market (Saturdays, Apr-Oct) are a short bus ride away. Canada Place cruise ship terminal is an 18 min Uber ride. Mobi bikeshare dock is 2 blocks away. Not suitable for children.

One bedroom apartment located in electric South Main (SoMa), in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. The area is packed full of local eateries, vibrant cafes, craft breweries, and trendy shops. A brisk 10 min walk to the nearest SkyTrain station will connect you to downtown/ Gastown in 1 quick stop. The bus stop is also a stone throw away. This is an exceptionally quiet unit facing the courtyard with sweeping light throughout. The apartment building is modern, meticulously maintained, and secured.

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
