Situated in Ragalna, this brilliant holiday home features a 5000sqm garden with an outdoor pool of 15mx10m, 1,5m deep at the front and 3m deep on the back, working 24h, with a complete pool furniture: sun beds, beach umbrella & shower. The unit is only 18km to the volcano Etna, 22km to Catania Airport. The two kitchens are fully furnished with: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. The outdoor kitchen present a magnificent barbecue! There are TVs in all bedrooms and livings, DVD player and stereo.

Die Villa "Palazzo Francesca" befindet sich in bester Lage im historischen Zentrum von Taormina nur wenige Schritte vom Corso Umberto (100 Meter) und dem Teatro Greco entfernt. THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
