Harborside on Main is a lovingly restored, traditional coastal New Englander cottage located on the hillside above beautiful Southwest Harbor, just 1 mile from Quietside Acadia’s best oceanfront hiking trails. Steps outside the maritime village of SW Harbor with semi-private ocean access, seaglass beach, dock, firepit, and a short walk to all village amenities: the town pier, local bars, restaurants with live outdoor music overlooking the marina, & a private charter on a wooden Friendship sloop.

7 Acadia Cottage. Double Beds Open Hearth Inn

Cottage 7 is a quaint space with two full beds, full bath with shower, A/C, mini-fridge, cable, television, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pot, microwave. This room does share one adjoining wall with #8 (both have private entrances). All guests will have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area equipped with a grill, a Blackstone griddle, an air fryer, a hot plate, and plenty of seating. Also, the hot tub is no longer available and all shared indoor amenities are currently closed.

Enjoy our crowd-free corner of Acadia or drive 7 min to the ferry for a charming boat ride to Bar Harbor. Alternatively, head up the coast for more hikes, picturesque fishing villages, quirky shops and quintessential Maine culture. At home, enjoy books, original art, a curated record collection and fresh local lobster.

Enjoy unparalleled views of bustling Southwest Harbor and the beauty of Acadia National Park from the comfort of Eagle's Nest. Perched on a granite cliff, this thoughtfully designed little home provides for your every need. For anything else, take the ten minute stroll into the village, where you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

Sealport Ocean Cottage is a magical place with sparkly days and starry nights! Beautiful ocean views of Seal Cove, Blue Hill Bay on the "Quietside" of this island. Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Lamoine Modern Guest House

Relax, recharge, & escape here. A unique & peaceful guest house in the woods of Lamoine, Maine with large windows (without coverings) looking out to the woods. Close enough to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park (45 min) but removed from the chaos. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. Enjoy all weather with our new wood stove fireplace surrounded by large windows. We have a comprehensive guidebook for our guests upon check-in.

Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
