The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.
