We’re located a mile/5-minute drive from downtown in Mt. Adams, a unique hilltop neighborhood. Leave your car parked in the on-street spot reserved for guests and take a short walk to Eden Park, the Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, the Krohn Conservatory, and the neighborhood coffee shop, restaurants, bars, and salons.

Former carriage house now a stand alone home. Clean and loaded with character. Over 1200 Sq ft. Just 2 min from Over the Rhine and 4 min from Downtown Cincy. DreamCloud king bed, Roku TV and work space. Bath has soft towels and shampoo provided. Half bath on 1st fl. Living area has Roku TV and convertible queen Temperpedic sofa bed. Washer/dryer with laundry products. High-speed Wifi and workspace with plug-ins. Kitchen is stocked with cookware. Ample free parking is available on street.

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
