Über dem Pool und dem überdachten Sonnendeck befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Außenküche mit Kühlschrank und Grill sowie ein Esstisch mit 12 Sitzplätzen mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft. Die zentrale Etage besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, und auf der gleichen Ebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie ein zusätzliches Badezimmer. Die oberste Etage besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad, zwei der drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein zusätzliches Sofa, das als Zustellbett dienen kann.

With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
