There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
