The house is secluded in a huge, lush garden with many mature palm trees all around the house. It has a direct private stair access to the beach, a deck right above the beach in front of the house, and a rear patio overlooking the garden.Everything is provided, just bring yourselves!

Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.

You will be able to relaxe with miles and miles of sandy beaches. Located in the area is a liquor store, snack shop, restaurant and a convenience store. There is also on site car rental.
