Behind the walls of our enclosed garden lies our magical place, suspended out of time. A magnificent 20-meter swimming pool stretches along the natural vegetable garden and the lush orchard, where nature gently marks the rhythm of the seasons. Here, everything breathes calm, greenery, and a soft poetry, in the heart of the vineyards. You will most likely come across our four little hens roaming freely in the garden, as well as the house cat – a discreet and affectionate companion who sometimes enjoys keeping travelers company. The saltwater pool, heated to a minimum of 21°C (from late April to September, depending on the weather), offers a long swimming lane perfect for relaxation. A barbecue, a ping-pong table, a few bicycles, and a large private garage are also at your disposal. The House On the ground floor: -A large, fully equipped modern kitchen (professional hood, two ovens, built-in fryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator). -A utility room with WC and washing machine. -A warm dining room with a beautiful working fireplace and a large table suitable for 15 guests. -A comfortable 40 m² living room with TV and PS5 console. -A second living/music room, filled with natural light, featuring a superb grand piano and a cozy reading corner. On the first floor: -A bedroom with double bed and bathroom (bathtub + WC), in enfilade with: -A master suite with double bed and its spacious bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with fiber internet. The television is connected to the internet but does not receive national TV channels. Location Located in the heart of the charming village of Jurignac, the house is only 20 minutes from Angoulême, a characterful town perched on its plateau, famous for its Francophone Film Festival, the Circuit des Remparts, and the unmissable International Comic Strip Festival. You will also find numerous museums and architectural treasures there. Nearby, enjoy water activities at the Châteauneuf lake, or discover the great Cognac houses, carrying on their traditions all around the property. Bordeaux is 1 hour away, Cognac 40 minutes.

Les Aulnes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Située dans l'un des plus beaux villages de Charente, cette authentique chabourne entièrement rénovée offre une vue panoramique sur la vallée de la Charente et sur le fleuve, que vous pourrez contempler depuis la terrasse. Sentier de randonnée, flow vélo, zones de baignades à proximité et guinguettes... L'été, notre village a tout d'un paradis ! Véritable cocon, le poêle à bois et le sauna confèrent au lieu une atmosphère chaleureuse et relaxante. La literie est neuve et très confortable.

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
