Hekla the volcano can be seen to the east and the glacer Langjökull to the northeast and panorama of other mountains. Gamla húsið is in Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga horse-farm, located in the south of Iceland, 35km -from Reykjavík in Ölfus and 3min. drive off Route 1. Perfect as either the starting point for an exploration of southern Iceland or as a base since it is close to the Golden Circle and a few hours drive to the glaciers and black sands of the south. Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The Little House

The house is 25 square meters. standing absolutely alone on a one hectares plot of land. Small football field, trampoline and balcony. No one will disturb you, unless maybe sounds from the birds all around or the horses on next plot. The house is cozy and warm. Keep in mind that the main bed is 120cm wide.
