We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended.

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
