Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. We are Pet friendly , your fur babies will enjoy swimming in the lake and so will you.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

The Farmhouse is convenient to all things in Uwharrie. Hiking, biking, off road trails, horse trails....etc! The Uwharrie river is just a few minutes away for a kayak/canoe trip. Badin Lake is just a few minutes behind us with great fishing, boating, picnic areas and hiking trails.
