Cosy 3 bedroom house located in a quite Cul de sac

Private house with a cosy decor in the hearth of the Slieve Felim Way walking trail which starts in Murroe and ends in the Silvermines, Co. Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. Tea/Coffee and welcome breakfast pack provided on arrival.

Little Vista

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

Country cottage

Nestled in a beautiful setting this cosy cottage has so much to offer. Our cottage consists of one dbl room and two single bedrooms. A bathroom with power shower and a kitchen come dining area with a one ring hob, air fryer, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing and drying machine. A bbq and picnic bench is outside for dining alfresco. The owners live in a separate detached house on the property should you need anything at all during your stay but will not interrupt your holiday!

Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.
