Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). Studio 76 is a brand new modern studio located in a quiet street and great neighbourhood, in close proximity to shops and the train station. This self-contained single bedroom is compact with a beautifully appointed bedroom, bathroom, small kitchenette, washing machine and gorgeous outdoor setting to enjoy your morning tea and coffee. The studio is apart of a larger townhouse, but has a seperate entrance and is completely private.

"On Point" is your point for relaxation and tranquility. It is also the perfect stopover en route, as it is handy to the motorway. Your self-contained, fully furnished private studio can accommodate 2 guests on the ground floor of our residence, with separate front access. The studio has a bed/living area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. Car parking for 1 car is available at your front door on the property.

This entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. This spacious, modern and well equipped studio suite is conveniently located in the quiet north east corner of Lake Macquarie, just three minutes stroll from the lakeside. The space comprises the entire lower floor of the property, with private entrance and parking accessible from the rear. Internet connection is excellent as we have fibre to the home connected.
