We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Welcome to our home!!! We are a half-mile from great skiing at Beech Mountain Resort which also has snow tubing, snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing, and ice skating. And that's just winter activities!!! In the summer there are countless hiking trails, fishing, nearby tourist attractions and almost any activity you can think of! A fire pit has been finished and there is kindling and wood available at no cost. There is a separate freezer in the storage room that guests may use.

The apartment has been entirely refinished on the inside with all new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom and combines contemporary with shabby chic.

*No Smoking allowed on the property* The 215 is a newly built, 1 bed, private entry apartment, nestled in the heart of the Viewmont area of Hickory, North Carolina. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.
