This Comfortable 2 bedroom is a centrally located place that is 20 minutes away from the SLC airport, close to hiking trails, golf course, 45 minutes from several ski resorts, 3 minutes from Bountiful LDS temple. Smart TV in living room. Mini fridge and microwave provided. One queen and two twin beds. There is a coffee maker underneath the sink in the bathroom. There will be a starter supply of coffee. Please put on bathroom counter to use.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

Being in the upper avenues of Salt Lake City this place has beautiful views of the impressive mountains with the city below. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the front porch and back deck. A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
