This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is the perfect central Missouri home. Located only 25 miles from Truman Lake, 45 miles to Lake of the Ozarks, and 23 miles to the MO state fair. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in basement, All have queen size beds. Bath on main floor has tub and the one in basement has shower. Large country kitchen. EXtra bed

Whether you are here for the Fair, passing thru on the trail/highway, or are a contract worker, come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

This house sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides spectacular views of rolling hills and has a large creek that runs through the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It sits directly off of a main highway and has parking areas for boats & trailers. House includes all basic amenities, including washer/dryer, smart TV's and Wi-Fi. The house is an older farm house, but is spacious and clean.

Located in historic downtown sedalia Missouri within 2 blocks of all the local Venues and Restaurant/Bars. Within walking distance for any events downtown. This cozy home is located just a few blocks from Centennial Park and the hospital. We're also a short drive to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, Downtown Sedalia, and the Katy Trail.

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
