Built over 140 years ago and extended in the early 1900s by the man who built many Yorke Peninsula roads, it still features the dining room, kitchen and bathroom he added. Lovingly owned for 12+ years and renovated twice, the cottage blends original stone walls and low doorways with modern comforts, a cozy wood fire, a well-equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen, and a big backyard perfect for BBQs under the dark night stars.

A tasteful and quiet 4 br 2 br getaway for family and friends seeking a comfortable space to be within a 5 minute walk to Moonta Bay Jetty and Splashtown. The home is nestled in a cared for garden on a no through road featuring a picturesque outdoor covered entertainment area that is second to none. Moonta's town centre is a 5 minute drive away with so many cool things to do, places to see, and cafes to eat in. This is probably one of the best value for money places in the Copper Coast.

Moonta Bay Self Contained Unit

Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.
