Se trata de un ático muy espacioso con dos terrazas, 3 habitaciones dobles, dos baños, un amplio salón, cocina equipada, parking y ubicado en una zona residencial que dispone de varias instalaciones de uso comunitario: 3 piscinas, pista de tenis, pádel, campo de fútbol, minigolf, ping pong, petanca, zona de barbacoa y parque infantil. El complejo se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie del centro del pueblo y a 5 minutos a pie de la playa.
