Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Il BnB Orto della Lepre è una piccola attività a gestione familiare, che concepiamo come una finestra sulle nostre colline da fiaba. Le nostre casette sono cinque(Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, e Pimpinella), costruite con grande attenzione per la sostenibilità energetica e nell'assoluto rispetto dell'ambiente. Il posto perfetto per godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto, camminare a piedi nudi, e ritrovare i propri ritmi e pensieri nella quiete della natura e nel contatto con i propri affetti.

A 10 km da Senigallia e Fano, a 40 km da Riccione e Parco del Conero; raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto anche alcuni tra i borghi più belli d'Italia, come Mondolfo, Corinaldo, Mondavio... per una vacanza a metà tra l'azzurro del mare e il verde delle colline. Spazio esterno dotato di barbecue per grigliate e angolo relax ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.
