This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Santa Barbara' s famed State Street is just a short 10 minute drive. Our home is designed for indoor/outdoor living. Chill in fenced front or back yard. Read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family gathering. WIFI & desk are provided in case you can't leave your work behind.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Summerland Sweet Beach Getaway

Relax with your loved ones at this peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage in the beautiful town of Summerland! Enjoy our beautiful beach view and sunsets from our home by taking advantage of our lovely 6,000 sq ft terraced backyard. You can also take a short walk or drive through town to the nearby beach that sits right by Summerland's dog beach and family park. **Pet Fee and applicable taxes will be charged. Please message us!

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
