Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit einem Doppel-Wohnzimmer und Thermokamin, Kuche und Esszimmer mit einem zweiten Kamin sowie einem Gaste-WC. Erser Stock befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit drei Doppelzimmern und einer Master-Suite mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Um eine optimale Vorbereitung der Wasche und der Raumlichkeiteb zu gewahrleisten, muss die Nutzung der Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer vorab angefragt und vereinbart werden. Das wahre Herz des Anwesens ist die grosse Veranda, ideal fur alle, die das Leben im Freien lieben. Ein weitlaufiger und schattiger Bereich, in dem Sie lokale Spezialitaten sowie unser hauseigenes Olivenol inmitten absoluter Ruhe geniessen konnen. Strategisch zum tal in ausgerichtet, ist unsere Schaukel der perfekte Ort, un den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, wahrend die Sonneam Horizont untergeht und den Himmel in volliger Stille in einzigartige Farbenn taucht. Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.
