Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

Think of a tiny charming ancient tower, embedded in a time into a small XIX century tuscan villa on the florentine hills. Think of a romantic place for a couple, with a bedroom and a living room which opens onto a breathtaking terrace in the countryside, with a bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Also think that in 20 minutes drive you are into Florence downtown. Well, this is the place! To get all this you have to climb three flights of stairs with no lift. But you'll see it surely worth the effort.

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs. The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 2 km from the center of San Casciano VP, 17km from Florence and 50km from Siena. It is self catering (36 square meters) and has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks a panoramic terrace where a BBQ is available. It is located inside a local farm , still familiar managment ,that produces wine and olive oil. During your stay you can visit the cellars and taste the products.

Oratory built in the 1500s, The Chapel is now a luxury home: a monumental living room with plaster works and painted vault (due to a restoration in 1776), dining-kitchen room, 2 bedrooms (1 with King size bed and 1 with two single beds), 3 complete bathrooms, laundry, private garden and parking. Air conditioning and WIFI everywhere, large screen TV, all that serves best for table and kitchen. Since it is far about 1 mile from the nearest village, a car is essential.
