The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Terra delle Sidhe ist ein kleiner Bio-Bauernhof in der südlichen Toskana mit Blick auf ein wunderschönes Tal an den Hängen des Monte Amiata, zwischen den mittelalterlichen Städten Castel del Piano und Seggiano. Ein 250 Jahre altes Kastanientrockner-Steinhaus, das bis vor 30 Jahren genutzt wurde. Das von uns angebotene Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem Bio-Kastanienwald und hundertjährigen Olivenbäumen. Dieses charmante gemütliche Haus wurde nun liebevoll mit Geschmack und Einfachheit renoviert.

La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

Uno splendido alloggio che affaccia direttamente sul mare, proprio di fronte all'Isola del Giglio, completamente immersa nella natura, ed è proprio questo che la rende un ottimo posto per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi dei fantastici tramonti. La villetta è composta da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, un ampio salone con cucina comodo divano il secondo salone dove si trovano altri due divani, di cui uno letto. e due splendide terrazze.
