Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Our classic French stone house is split over two floors with large floor to ceiling windows. It has a large, secluded garden with a fabulous pool and a pool house equipped with a full kitchen, a BBQ and a wood burning pizzaoven. It’s located on a secluded south-west facing hillside on the outskirts of the quaint medieval village with unobstructed views. The property is accessed by a driveway that leads you to the house where you will find covered parking and easy access to the main house.

On arrival you feel like you've arrived into your own private village with a street splitting the houses leading you down to the beautiful english gardens and swimming pool. Studio avec entrée indépendante et jardin privatif et vue sur des restanques complantées d'oliviers. Traversant, la chambre avec un lit 2 places au sud donne sur une vue dégagée avec piscine et collines du pays de Fayence. Dans le sejour le canapé est convertible (confortable pour une personne mais petit pour deux). Famille présente dans le reste de la maison avec 2 enfants, 2 chats et 1 chien. Possibilité de se garer dans le jardin. Non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning view.

Set in the hilltop village of Montauroux, the apartment is 50m from the charming square. The living area is large with high ceilings and the terrace has a stunning view over the whole valley and mountains of the Alpes Martimes. It's decorated with pieces from my travels all over the world, particularly Asia where I've spent the last 28 years. It's spacious but cosy.
