Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Studette de 19m², dans un immeuble familial très bien entretenu, avec un climatiseur, 2 plaques électriques, micro-onde, frigo, 1 lit double, vaisselle et linge de maison + salle de bain entièrement privative située sur le palier, wifi. Les toilettes sont partagées avec une chambre d'un voyageur maximum et sont nettoyées quotidiennement si les deux chambres sont occupées. Située sous les toits, au cinquième étage sans ascenseur. Emplacement parfait à 50 mètres de l'arrêt de tramway "Saint-Roch"

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
