This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.
