Relax in this home originally built as a summer cottage to escape the city! Seabreeze has that laidback feel to help you unwind and have some fun! Walk to the beach, lighthouse on the pier, restaurants and bars, Seabreeze Amusement Park, bowling, and putt-putt. Miles of trails out the front door! 10 minutes from the city. Dogs welcome! First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
