The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.
The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

New Court Cottages: The Snug
The Snug is one of 2 Fabulous Newly Renovated Barns accommodating 2 people or 6 when added to the adjoining Yaffle Barn. Our 2 luxurious cottages are set deep in the heart of the beautiful Monmouthshire Countryside on a working Farm and Livery yard set in a wildlife reserve. There are circular walks around the reserve and wider landscape from the door making them a wonderful rural hideaway from the everyday clamour of modern life yet still only 2 hours from London and 40 mins from Bristol.

Abergavenny - Barn on the slopes of the Sugar Loaf
This contemporary and comfortable barn is perfectly designed for a relaxing stay for up to 4 people. Located on the Sugar Loaf mountain, within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Abergavenny town is 1.5 miles away. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio in the summer, have your morning coffee relaxing on the balcony or on colder nights cosy up in front of the wood burning stove. It is a perfect spot for walking and exploring the Brecon Beacons - or for relaxing in a beautiful part of the countryside.

The Old Cider Mill
The Old Cider Mill is a beautifully converted old cider barn set in the wonderfully peaceful monmouthshire countryside. The cottage is a fabulous romantic and tranquil retreat set in one acre of meadow and adjoining spinney. Perfectly situated to explore all the wye valley, and nearby forest of dean, has to offer. This cosy cottage sleeps two guests and has an open plan living area with a woodburning stove. Outside is lovely gravelled courtyard with furniture and off road parking.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Romance Under The Stars
A beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage hand-crafted by Graham from local hillside timber with star gazing clear roof above the bed. Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. Oak Cottage, Llanthony.
The views of the Black Mountains are exceptionally beautiful from this lovely cottage in a very peaceful farm location overlooking the Llanthony Valley, 10 miles from Abergavenny. There is a log fire and underfloor heating in cold weather. Ideal for a relaxing escape. Wonderful walks from the doorstep in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Uncrowded hills and 2 pubs nearby. The historic Llanthony Priory has an atmospheric bar in the cellar with excellent evening food.

The Stables: Cozy cottage with views and a hot tub
A very cozy detached cottage with incredible views over the rolling Welsh countryside. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

Little Llanvolda
Rustic and characterful, yet contemporary and spacious, 'Little Llanvolda' provides the perfect getaway for couples or a family. Inside, you can enjoy the view of the garden from your kingsize bed, have a long soak in the roll-top bath or cosy up in front of the wood burner in the open-plan living space. Outside, you can soak up the sun on your private terrace listening to the birdsong or stroll by the stream a few minutes' walk away over our surrounding fields.
