The Roof è un tipico terratetto indipendente nel cuore del centro storico, completamente privato e disposto su più livelli. Ristrutturato con finiture di pregio e arredi di design, offre un’atmosfera elegante e accogliente. Il vero gioiello è la terrazza panoramica: una vista mozzafiato a 360° sui tetti di Pietrasanta e sulla Rocca, perfetta per colazioni lente e aperitivi al tramonto. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere e in soggiorno, zanzariere, cucina completa e Smart TV con soundbar.

Borgo Saturno: villa intera in collina.

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.

The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

Melograno's House is located in the center of Bologna, inside the historic building that was once home to Giosuè Carducci, in a charming setting perfectly integrated into the city center. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds in the spacious living room, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a small courtyard, and a small study with very strong Wi-Fi. Ideal for families or groups of friends!

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Cozy apartment 2 minutes walk from Ferrari track entrance and 5 minutes walk from Ferrari museum. It can host 4 people. It is composed by one bedroom, one bathroom, one open space with a fully furnished kitchen and a living room where you can find a sofa bed, and a balcony. Possibility to park your car in our private garage or an outdoor free parking reserved for people living in the building.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
